As our Customer Solutions Manager – EU, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation.

Responsibilities

As a key player in our Customer Technology Solutions team, you will:

  • Lead customer-facing tech projects – from onboarding to integration and beyond.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities across diverse European markets.
  • Drive performance by tracking KPIs, SLAs, and aligning with our tech roadmap.
  • Shape our messaging – influence how we communicate the value of our tech solutions.
  • Educate and empower internal teams and customers on maximizing our digital tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Application Development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through regional-specific innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in project management, logistics, supply chain, or technical sales
  • Deep understanding of European logistics and eCommerce ecosystems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and the UK
