This role will engage with internal stakeholders, prospective and existing customers to demonstrate the value of AIT’s technology capabilities and services. The Customer Solutions Manager supports onboarding, integration, and other customer-facing technology projects.
This role will influence the development of marketing messaging and communication related to AIT’s technology solutions and perform post-project reviews to assess results against objectives, SLAs, and the technology roadmap.
