The Finance Trainee role is suitable for someone who has recently or soon will be completing their A- Levels and would like to join the workforce. This role will be office-based initially and will benefit from full training on all aspects of AP and AR, inclusive of but not limited to supplier statement reconciliations, supplier invoice processing, credit control, and exception resolution.

You need to have a full driver's license and own a vehicle, and be within a commutable distance from our office.  

• Produce payment runs
• Contact stations and suppliers regarding supplier invoice exceptions
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Process supplier invoices utilizing our AI system, Raft.
• Monitor credit terms
• Record and allocate payments
• Credit control-related duties
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary

• High GCSE/A-level pass in Math and good all round scores in other subjects.
• Strong Computer skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to effectively communicate in an oral and written manner with professionalism while conducting oneself according to policy and with good grammar, spelling etc
• Proven desire to work.
• Applies fundamental concepts
