The Sr. Manager of Global Business Systems will be responsible for the support of global systems and related innovation across the enterprise, specific to CargoWise and associated international systems. Additionally, they will support global projects of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions and related system transition. Work cross-functionally between IT and global business stakeholders to map processes, identify gaps, and innovate to enhance outcomes. Ensure processes and SOPs are communicated and supported through appropriate training programs. Assures quality by conducting periodic, constructive reviews of systems and related processes. Primary systems related to this role are our international TMS, CargoWise, as well as integrated customer portals, vendor portals, and internal systems.

• Provides leadership to team members within Global Business Systems in EU, in support of enterprise goals related to international business systems and M&A transactions
• Responsible for the execution of the roadmap for global system efficiency and full utilization of systems functionality
• Offers support to the team, helping to problem solve and communicate with all levels of internal and external management in a clear, concise, and well-organized fashion
• Ensure tools and templates are utilized by team members and kept current
• Manage assigned work stream duties in the delivery of Global Business Systems implementations
• Ensure all team members are aligned in their deployment efforts
• Deliver exceptional service orientation and follow-up through excellent written and oral communication skills and extraordinary attention to detail
• Monitor key performance metrics related to process and project delivery
• Identify and document best practices as part of ongoing process to increase improvement
• Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal and informal study
• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary

• Bachelor's degree related to technology or international business
• 5+ years management experience leading and mentoring teams
• Self-motivated to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and adhere to the standards and work ethic consistent with that environment
• Willingness and aptitude to learn and integrate unfamiliar systems, processes, and technologies within a complex environment
• Vast knowledge & experience of Cargowise
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business acumen
• Strongly oriented towards action, results, and change management
• A proven record of successful cross-functional teamwork
• 10+ years’ experience in the international transportation field
• Deep understanding of business process and alignment with technology
• Experience facilitating meetings, including process mapping and demonstrations
• Experience participating in large projects and concurrent projects
• Ability to clearly articulate solutions to business, customers, and partners
